Ken runs a tight service area on purpose. Weber County, Davis County, Salt Lake County, and Brigham City is about as far as one person can cover and still show up when he says he will, which is the whole point of hiring someone who does every job himself.
It also means he knows the ground. He knows which Ogden neighborhoods have the century-old foundations mice find their way through, which Davis bench streets back onto the creek corridors box elder bugs come from, and which North Ogden rooflines wasps like. That isn't something a tech on his fourth route this week picks up.
The full city list is below, grouped by county, along with the days Ken is usually in each area. If your city isn't on it, call or text anyway. He'll either make it work or tell you straight that he can't.
Weber County is home ground. Ken is here Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and he's worked these neighborhoods long enough to know how differently they behave. Ogden's older housing means mice and spiders get in through structure, not through the gap you can see, which is why he inspects before he treats. The north county, up against the foothills through North Ogden, Pleasant View, and Farr West, has the deep eaves and long rooflines wasps build under, plus the foothill edge where deer mice and black widows live. Out west through Hooper, Plain City, and West Haven, the farmland edge sends its own traffic toward the house.

Ken is in Davis County on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from North Salt Lake up through Layton. The bench towns tell you a lot. Bountiful, Centerville, Farmington, and Kaysville sit closest to the creek corridors where box elder trees actually grow, which is why fall box elder bugs hit those streets hardest and barely touch others a mile west. The older ramblers through Bountiful still have their original window wells, the most reliable place in the county to find a black widow. And in the newer subdivisions out through Syracuse, Clinton, and West Point, built on what was farmland a few years ago, the pests that lived there first are still working out where to go.

Ken is in Salt Lake County on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the same days he works Davis County. Part of that route is rental properties he looks after for property management companies in Salt Lake City, so he's already in the valley every week. Homes anywhere in the county get slotted into those same days.

Brigham City is the oldest housing Ken works on, and it changes the job. The pioneer core is adobe, hand-laid stone, and century-old brick, much of it single story, with foundations that were never square to begin with. On a house like that a perimeter spray is mostly decoration. The mice and spiders are coming through structural gaps that have been there a hundred years, and finding them is the actual work. Add the orchards around the edges of town, and the box elder trees this whole region is named for, and fall gets busy.
Brigham City
One person, one truck, so the week is built around geography rather than a dispatch board. Ken works Weber County and Brigham City on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and Davis County and Salt Lake County on Tuesdays and Thursdays. When you book, you get slotted into a day he's already going to be near you. That's why he can give you a time instead of a window, and why he can usually reach a wasp nest inside 24 hours.

Brigham City runs on Ken's Weber County days, so it's the same schedule and the same response time as Ogden.
Not on the list? It's still worth asking. Ken would rather turn you down in ten seconds than take a job he can't reach on time, and if he can't help he usually knows who can.
