What Ken treats
Not a five-minute spray around the foundation and a bill in your door.
Ken's specialty. Nests knocked down, carried off, and the ground swept clean so you can use your own yard again.
An exterior barrier that keeps the ordinary stuff outside, plus interior service any time you need it.
Inspection first. Ken finds where they're getting in and what's drawing them, then builds a plan around that.
The jobs that take more than one visit. Straight pricing up front and follow-up until it's actually done.
Ken doesn't treat bees. They're pollinators and the valley needs them, so if it turns out you've got bees rather than wasps, he'll tell you that and show you the difference instead of spraying them. He doesn't do termites or wildlife either. If it isn't his job, he'll say so.
In their words
I was telling all my employees how great you were — especially knocking down the nests and sweeping them up. You've been amazing.
Thank you for all that you do for us.
Sent as a handwritten card after Ken worked through a cockroach problem across several rental units.
These are Ken's own customers, in their own words. He's just getting set up on Google — if he's worked for you, a review there would genuinely help.
Service area
Weber County, Davis County, and Brigham City — close enough that Ken can get to you fast, and small enough that he knows the neighborhoods.
Brigham City runs on Ken's Weber County days, so it's the same schedule and the same response time as Ogden.
Not sure if you're in the area? Call or text — Ken will tell you straight.
About Defend Pest Control
Ken came out of a military civil engineering unit and went to school for biology — which is a long way of saying he finds bugs genuinely interesting and he knows how buildings actually work. Both turn out to matter when something is getting into your house.
He still does every job himself. That means the person who answers your call is the person who shows up, and the person who shows up is the one accountable for whether it worked.
He'll also explain what he's doing, in plain English. No jargon designed to make the job sound bigger than it is, and no pressure to sign anything.
